Supreme Court Halts Compelled Speech in Website Design Case

Read the United States Supreme Court opinion in 303 Creative v. Elenis, wherein the United States Supreme Court held that the First Amendment protects individuals from compelled speech.  The case concerned a website designer concerned about being forced to create websites (a creative expression, as this publisher can assure you!) based on on Colorado statute that seemed to compel such creative expression.
